Not for me
I have to say this made my hair feel soft but It’s like torture having it on my head. It stinks. Maybe I received a rancid bottle or this is just the smell, but I was dying inside after putting just a couple drops through my hair. I could not walk around with it on because I felt like everyone could smell it. I didn’t want to waste my money so I figured I could use it once every two weeks or once a month as a treatment before I wash my hair. That’s not going to happen. I tried sleeping with this in my hair and I don’t want to do that again. Anything that comes in contact with this oil has to be washed or the scent just lingers. So while it did make my hair feel soft, the reward was not worth the sacrifice. I still gave four stars because I truly don’t know if this is what it’s supposed to smell like or if it is bad. Maybe it’s just not my preference. I can’t justify giving a low rating because I don’t like the smell.

Like a Hair Transplant… from a newborn BABY
*PURCHASE REASON:
-Was sick of my hair looking like crap, and started doing some research 🧐 Came across scalp oiling and decided to give this a shot. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK 🌿💚
*FAVORITE FEATURE:
-Changed my hair dramatically. Although only using for ~3-4 days, my hair has never felt or looked better/stronger. Although it’s too early to describe results with hair loss, my scalp feels way healthier than ever before, and I truly believe this can help my loss.

Inexpensive self care
TBH I haven’t used this long enough to see if there are any results, and whether or not these results are the result of the massaging, or the use of any oil, but this is really enjoyable to use. Some people may think it is medicinal but I love the natural herbal smell instead of the usual heavy artificial perfumes that most products have (it smells like a spa to me). It is refreshing but in a mild way, the mint is not overly strong. I like using it, it gives me an few minutes of purposeful self care, massaging into my scalp and the base of my neck. I then rub it into my cuticles. I do hope it helps with growth and hairline breakage but even if it doesn’t it does make your hair soft and shiny and it’s an affordable product that allows you a few minutes to care for yourself.

Yes, it does make some hair types look greasy
I was hesitant to try to product because I have fine, straight hair that’s on the thinner side. Basically the type that very easily looks “greasy”. I felt the idea of putting oil on my scalp would obviously exacerbate this issue, but didn’t see anyone mention it so thought I’d try. I tried to keep it from getting on my hair as much, and focused on my scalp, but it does inevitably make my hair limp and greasy enough to want to wash it. From now on I’m going to be using it in the hours prior to washing. It’s too soon to know about how effective it is for hair growth, since you have to use it for months on end to see any benefit…but this is my initial experience.
